Homeology Property Inspection, LLC ("Homeology," "we," "us") is a licensed Florida home inspection company (License #HI-17317) based in Greenacres, FL. We serve Palm Beach County plus Broward, Martin, St. Lucie and Indian River Counties. We respect your privacy, and this policy explains in plain English what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Calls. When you call us, we receive your phone number and the time of the call. If you leave a voicemail, we keep the message so we can get back to you.

• Text messages. When you text us, or when we text you back after a missed call, we keep the conversation so we can answer your questions and help you schedule.

• Website forms. Your name, phone number, email, property address and any details you share about the home or the inspection you need.

• Booking. The date and time you pick, the inspection type, property details (such as square footage and year built), and whether you are working with a real estate agent.

• Website usage. Basic information about how the site is used, such as pages visited, device type and general location, collected through cookies and analytics tools (see below).

How we use your information

• To answer your call, text or request

• To schedule, confirm and complete your inspection

• To send appointment confirmations, reminders and your inspection report

• To provide customer care and follow up on your questions

• To improve our website and services

We do not send marketing text messages at this time.

Text messaging

When you call or text Homeology and we miss your call, you may receive an automatic text reply from Homeology's business texting number. Bret then replies to your questions and scheduling requests, and booked customers may get appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. No sharing of mobile information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us run our business (such as our scheduling, phone, messaging and report delivery tools), and with licensed partner inspectors when you request their services, only as needed to provide those services. We may also share information when required by law. We never sell your personal information.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed and when someone taps to call or starts a booking.
