Termite Inspection- A termite inspection is a visual inspection of the readily accessible areas of a home for evidence of wood-destroying insects. The inspector will visually inspect the entire interior and exterior of a home (including accessing and entering any sub-space such as crawlspaces if safe to do so. Report is forwarded to client the same day of inspection.

Pool & Spa Inspection- We will arrange a licensed pool inspector to evaluate and inspect all areas of the pool/ spa such as pumps, heaters, timers, lighting system, jets, proper grounding of equipment to ensure safe operation. Just because the pool heater turns on, does not mean it works! Report will be forwarded to the client from our office usually the same day but within 24 hrs of inspection.

Septic Tank/ Drain Field Inspection- We recommend verifying if your future home has a septic/drain field system installed. A septic tank is an underground chamber made of concrete, fiberglass or plastic through which domestic wastewater flows for basic treatment. Septic systems are a type of simple onsite sewage facility. If inspections are completed Mon-Thurs, reports are forwarded within 24 hrs to client. Inspections competed on Friday, reports will be forwarded on following Monday.

Seawall & Dock Inspection- If the property has a seawall installed, it is highly recommended to have the seawall inspected to ensure it is installed properly and structurally sound. These structures are designed to withstand heavy loads and pressure. Our third party licensed inspector will thoroughly inspect the seawall and the report will be forwarded the same day to the client.
